No matter what the size of your order, we're now offering $7.95 flat rate shipping.
Should you require your parcel a little quicker than usual we do offer an Express Post service for a flat rate of $15.00

Most parcels will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Unicorn Wishes will send you an email once your parcel is dispatched and this will include your parcel’s unique number in the case that you want to monitor its progress.
We understand that occasionally, there may be a fault in what was delivered or it may not meet your expectations, and for these reasons we are happy to offer a refund. If you wish to return any item/items you will need to firstly email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your reason for return along with your invoice number.
You will then need to fill in the reverse side of the packing slip and return this along with the goods to Unicorn Wishes shop 20 High street shopping centre, Toowoomba QLD 4350.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of order and must be returned in original condition, that being, unworn, unwashed and with original label and swing ticket attached. Hootkid will only accept returns that come from a smoke free environment.
Returns will be credited in the matter they were originally paid excluding postage. Cost of postage will only be returned if item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyers expense.
If you would like to exchange an item/items due to style, colour or size, please follow the instructions as above, firstly contacting us on email email@example.com and indicating your reason for return. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyers expense and standard postal charges will apply for the re-shipping of goods.
